A. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is NOT transferable.

B. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover repairs and/or damage which does not relate to the repairs that Montrose Collision Center has performed on your vehicle.

C. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper maintenance or unreasonable use.

D. If workmanship or materials supplied by Montrose Collision Center are defective e or fail while you own your vehicle, Montrose Collision Center, at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective work materials, or perform the repair work again.

E. Montrose Collision Center MUST be afforded the first opportunity to correct any and all defects.

F. This Limited Lifetime Warranty specifically excludes rust.

G. This Limited Lifetime Warranty will remain in effect for as long as you own your vehicle.

H. This is the sole and complete liability of Montrose Collision Center.

I. It is our goal that you are 100% satisfied with the service that you received from Montrose Collision Center. Also, you may receive a survey from your insurance company in regards to our service. If so, please kindly let them know that you were 100% satisfied with Montrose Collision Center.
